What Giddyup collects, why, and who touches it. Short version: what you need to run a studio, nothing to sell.

Who we are
Giddyup.tv is a product of Parsimony, LLC, operated by Steve Simonson. Contact: hello@giddyup.tv.
Information we collect
We collect what you give us when you create a studio, sign in, generate video, add credits, or email us. That can include your name, email address and Google profile picture (from Google sign-in), studio details, prompts, uploaded images, audio and video references, generated videos, and payment records from our payment processor. We also receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use it
We use this information to run Giddyup: create and manage studios, generate and store videos, process prepaid credits and Giddyup Biz, prevent abuse and rate-limit traffic, keep an audit log of studio actions, and communicate about the service. We do not sell your personal information and we do not show advertising.
Prompts and generated video
Your prompts, reference files and generated videos are stored in your studio so you and the members you invite can use them. To generate a video we send the prompt and any reference files to the AI model provider you selected (for example ByteDance Seedance via Cloudflare Workers AI; Google Veo; Kuaishou Kling and MiniMax via Atlas Cloud; and others listed on the models page). Those providers process the content to produce the video under their own terms. We do not use your prompts or videos to train models.
Cookies
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. The studio uses browser storage to remember your last studio and an unsent draft idea. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Blocking cookies will prevent sign-in.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts Giddyup and stores studio data, files and generated videos. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us privacy-preserving page view counts without cookies or cross-site tracking.
- Google provides sign-in. We receive your name, email and profile picture; we never see your Google password.
- Stripe processes payments. Card details go to Stripe directly; we store the customer reference, amounts and receipts.
- AI model providers named above process prompts and reference files to generate video.
- Parsimony Automate, our customer relationship system, records your email and studio when you add credits so we can support you.
Retention and deletion
Studio data, prompts and generated videos are kept while your studio exists. A studio owner can delete the studio from the admin panel, which removes its members, settings and delivery files. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email hello@giddyup.tv to ask for a copy of your data or to delete your account.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Generated videos are served only through signed, expiring links. Studio access is controlled by Google sign-in and per-studio roles, or by a secret access key you keep to yourself.
Children
Giddyup is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and note it in the studio.
