Terms of Service

Giddyup.tv is a product of Parsimony, LLC (“we”). These terms govern use of the Giddyup video generation service.

The service

Giddyup generates videos from prompts and settings you choose. Output quality, availability, and third-party model behavior are not guaranteed.

Accounts

You must keep login credentials and spur keys confidential. You are responsible for activity on studios you own or join.

Prepaid credits

You may buy prepaid generation credits. Credits are a license to use Giddyup — not cash, not a stored-value account, and not transferable. Credits are deducted when you run a video job. Unused holds from failed jobs return to your studio wallet. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

No membership fee

There is no subscription or seat charge. You pay only by adding credits and using them for generation.

Acceptable use

Do not use Giddyup for unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or provider policies.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. Parsimony, LLC is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the unused credit balance in your studio wallet.
