Terms of Service
The deal between you and Parsimony, LLC when you use Giddyup. Plain language where the law allows it.

Giddyup.tv is a product of Parsimony, LLC (“we”). These terms govern use of the Giddyup video generation service.
The service
Giddyup generates videos from prompts, reference files and settings you choose, using third-party AI models. Output quality, availability, and third-party model behavior are not guaranteed. We may add, change or retire models at any time.
Accounts
You must keep login credentials and spur keys confidential. You are responsible for activity on studios you own or join. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
Prepaid credits
You may buy prepaid generation credits. Credits are a license to use Giddyup: not cash, not a stored-value account, and not transferable. Credits are deducted when you run a video job at the pay-as-you-go price (provider wholesale × 1.70). Unused holds from failed jobs return to your studio wallet. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Unused credits expire one year after the deposit that created them (oldest credits are used first). Expired credits are not refunded to your card.
Giddyup Biz
Giddyup Biz is an optional $49/month studio membership sold by Parsimony, LLC. It buys 15% off pay-as-you-go ride prices, priority ride handling, 10× hourly limits (60 rides/hour and 120 per studio, vs 6/12 on the free plan), and ranch support. It does not include generation credits. You can cancel anytime from the studio; the current month is not refunded. Generation still uses prepaid wallet credits. The 15% off applies to rides queued while Biz is active.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and files you upload, and you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the model providers’ policies. You are responsible for having the rights to any image, video, audio or likeness you upload. We store your content to run the service and do not use it to train models.
Acceptable use
Do not use Giddyup for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or impersonation of real people without consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or provider policies.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. Parsimony, LLC is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the unused credit balance in your studio wallet.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are dated above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
