Refund policy

Wallet deposits are not refunded
When you add money to a Giddyup studio wallet, you are buying prepaid credits for video generation. Those deposits are non-refundable. We do not return deposit amounts to your card or bank. Unused credits expire one year after you add them and are not paid out.
What you can still do
- Spend remaining credits on Giddyup video jobs.
- If a job fails before a video is delivered, the hold for that job is returned to your studio wallet (not to your card).
- If a completed job costs less than the hold, the unused portion returns to your studio wallet.
Giddyup Biz
The $49/month Giddyup Biz membership is separate from wallet credits. It includes 15% off ride prices while the membership is active. Cancel anytime from the studio (Stripe Customer Portal). We do not refund the current billing period when you cancel. Biz does not add generation credits, and canceling Biz does not refund unused wallet credits.
Exceptions
If we charged you twice for the same Checkout session, or a charge is unauthorized, contact us and we will investigate. Chargebacks and Stripe-initiated reversals remove the matching credits from the wallet.
